You can comfortably wrap the bracelet twice on your wrist. It can also be used as a Necklace instead.

How to Measure Wrist Size: (also see product photos for Wrist Measurement Technique):
1. Wrap a small cord around your wrist.
2. Measure the cord flat with a ruler (no need to add extra space; we’ll ensure a comfortable fit, the total bracelet length will be greater clasp to clasp).
