Please contact us first before purchasing this service for approval, procedure and ship to destination.

– Personalized products (example: engraving) can’t be returned or refunded but we can offer a repair (resize) for bracelets ordered too large. If the ordered size is too small unfortunately we can’t re-use the materials and standard policy applies (no return nor refund would be accepted).

Our handmade products are made to order which means that they are created, assembled and personalized after an order is placed. For exchanges or size-down of personalized or non-standard sizes, we have to re-work the bracelet or create a new one in some cases so for these reasons we charge a rework-fee / repair fee.

This services includes a tracking link for the return which will be provided to you automatically once we mark this order as completed. We may also message the link to you in a conversation.

Kind of work that may be performed with resizing a bracelet with a clasp: in most case it consists of removing the clasp, sizing down the materials (example: cutting leather or removing some chains) to the required measurement and if engraving was purchased may have to re-engrave a new clasp again. We will ask you to put your name and order # on a piece of paper inside the package and to send it with basic package protection. You may re-use the same (or new) packaging that we used to send your order. If you need to re-size it, please use the proper measurement method which can normally be found in the original product description and product photo as well as in this or ask us and we will provide the information. It would be best to properly take the measurement before sending the order back for re-sizing.

Here is the wrist size measurement technique:

💎To properly measure wrist size, as seen on one of the product photos:
1) Wrap a cord at the smallest part of your wrist,
2) Measure it flat with a ruler
3) Do not add any extra space, we will take care of that to make the bracelet feel comfortable based on the selected wrist size.

“Size Down” – Standard option for regular repairs
“Size Down and mat” – Advanced option when more materials or complex repairs required.
