Return and Exchange Policy

Eligibility

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Return Cost

  • Customers pay the return shipping cost.
  • If a prepaid return label is provided, the label cost will be deducted from the refund.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Engraved or personalized products
  • Custom-sized bracelets or items made to non-standard lengths
  • Items labeled as final sale or discounted

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Resizing and Adjustments

We provide a paid Bracelet Size Down service through our Repair My Order page.
Additional chain lengths for necklaces are available for purchase.

Return Methods for U.S. Customers

  1. Prepaid ChitChats Return Label
    • A prepaid label is provided.
    • The cost of the label is deducted from the refund amount.
    • Processing time may be longer.
  2. Self-Paid Return
    • Customers may use their preferred shipping carrier.
    • This option is faster and recommended for exchanges.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We will notify you once your refund or exchange has been processed.
