When, Where and How do you ship?
Order Processing Time: There is a 3 days order processing to prepare and ship each orders which are made to order according to the customer’s requirements. ??
Shipping: We ship anywhere in the United States with USPS via ChitChats carrier who also handles our return with our USA based address and returns. In Canada we use ChitChats who handles the customs or Canada Post for deliveries.
Can you expedite or rush my order? : We often can but there is often cost attached to it, contact us for more details. We offer a rush order service to expedite order processing time by 1 or 2 days if we can comply otherwise we refund the service. Check our Order Addon section for “Rush My Order” (to come). Can be purchased separately to accelerate a previous order recently placed.
Order Tracking: Each orders will come with a tracking number which you will receive once we ship your order.
Incorrect address/returned package fee in the USA: Be aware there is a processing fee of 7 CAD$. While this rarely happens, providing the proper ship to address is a buyer’s responsibility. When we purchase your shipping label, if the shipping company suspects an address error, we will contact you to confirm the address.
Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply, although between Canada and the United States there are no duty taxes charged under normal circumstances. We/our customers never had issues with customs nor import taxes.
Return and Exchange Policy

Your item must be unworn and in its original condition.
Contact us first within 7 days of receiving your item for approval and procedure.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs which will be deducted from refunds or changed for exchanges. The maximum refund is not guaranteed if made without authorization. Your item must be unworn and in its original packaging.
– Engraved orders: not-accepting returns, but for bracelets ordered too large, we offer a size down service at reduced cost (“Repair My Order”).
– Non-engraved orders: We accept returns and exchanges for items not on sale and standard listed sizes.
Order return and Exchange methods
In the USA there are two options for returns and exchanges: We can offer pre-paid returns shipping label via ChitChats carrier (cheaper, slower, best for returns) or ship back to us directly (faster, just a few dollars more, best for exchanges).
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order within the first 12 hours of placing an order. Just send us a message in a timely manner and we will proceed as requested. During this period, you may also request to change some details on your order or request a preview of the engraving.
