Shop Policies
Shipping and Ordering
Can you expedite my order? : It depends, most likely but contact us first. It normally takes us up to 3 business days to process, make and remit packages to the post office. We sometimes have to charge extra if you require the fastest possible shipment and we can commit to it. Check “Order Processing Time”.
Shipping Delivery Services: We ship anywhere in the United States with USPS via ChitChats carrier. They also handle our returns with our USA-based address or you can ship back directly to us in Canada. In Canada, we use ChitChats or Canada Post. We have access to discounted shipping prices. This allows us to provide our customers maximum value and lowest shipping costs. Shipping delivery service upgrades are available for the USA & Canada. USPS Priority takes 2-4 business days. Standard delivery is First Class and takes 3-6 business days. Canada delivery is 3-9 business days normally, Xpress Post upgrades available for 1-3 business days.
Customs and import taxes: There should be NO custom duty taxes between the USA and Canada. If this happens for which ever reason, please contact us and we will assist you.
Order Tracking: Each orders will come with a tracking number which you will receive once we ship your order.
Order Processing Time
- It takes us up to 3 business days to process each order. We prepare and ship orders made to order according to the customer’s requirements. 📨🚚
- After 12 hours, the cancellation policy expires and we confirm orders to prepare them.
- We contact you if something is missing or unclear. We also reach out if we need confirmation on your order for sizes, ship to address, engraving mockups, etc.
- Check our Order Addon section for “Rush My Order.” It can be purchased separately to accelerate a previous order recently placed. Please contact us first if possible.
- We try to manage our customer’s expectation and communicate with them by email along the process. You may reach out by email or via Facebook Messenger
Order Changes or Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order within the first 12 hours of placing an order. Just send us a message promptly and we will act as requested.
During this period, you can also ask for changes to some details on your order. You can also ask for a mockup preview of the engraving. Changes requested after this period may or may not be accepted depending on if we have started working on your or not already, to comply with our promised Order Processing Time
Policies for Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
- Make sure to contact us first to guarantee cheapest cost and most efficient options for your situation.
- Contact us first within 14 days of receiving your item for approval and procedure.
- See item details for return and exchange eligibility.
- Your item must be unworn and in its original condition and packaging.
- The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. The maximum refund is not guaranteed if made without authorization.
- Engraved orders: We can’t reuse the items so we can’t accept returns. However, for bracelets ordered too large, we offer a size down service at reduced cost (“Repair My Order”). For Necklaces which chains are too long or short, we can sell you other chain sizes separately.
- Non-engraved orders: We accept returns and exchanges for items made in standard listed sizes not custom sizes.
Order return and Exchange methods
- Always contact us first for return methods and approval.
In the USA there are two options for returns and exchanges. We can offer a pre-paid returns shipping label via ChitChats carrier. This is cheaper, slower, and best for returns.
Alternatively, you can ship back to us directly. This is faster, just a few dollars more, and best for exchanges or repairs.
