Order Processing & Shipping Info

🕒 Handling time, Order Processing Time

Each piece is handmade and made-to-order. We typically require 1 to 2 business days to create, prepare, and ship your order.

Cancellation period: 12 hours, after this period, your order is confirmed and enters our production schedule.

🚚 Shipping Carriers & Delivery

  • USA: We ship via USPS using ChitChats, which may also handles return logistics through a USA-based address.
  • Canada: We use ChitChats, Canada Post, or other last mile carriers.

📦 Transit time, Delivery Estimates

United States

  • Standard Shipping (USPS First Class): 2 to 6 business days (Flat rate 5$, Free shipping cost for orders over $35 USD)
  • Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority): 2 to 4 business days
  • U.S. returns can be processed through our Niagara Falls, NY hub for domestic processing.

Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 2 to 9 business days (Flat rate 9$, Free shipping cost for orders over $75 CAD)
  • XpressPost: 1 to 3 business days

Tracking: All orders include tracking. You’ll receive your tracking number via email once your item ships.

📍 D.D.P. – No Customs Fees for U.S. Orders

We ship all U.S. orders using D.D.P. (Delivered Duty Paid). This means you won’t pay any customs fees, what you see at checkout is the final price. Our items being handmade, we are protected under the The North American Free Trade Agreement.

Order Changes & Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of purchase.

This includes engraving changes, chain lengths, shipping service, and personalization corrections.

If more than 12 hours have passed, feel free to contact us. If production hasn’t begun, we’ll do our best to accommodate.

🚫 Incorrect Address / Returned Package

  • Please double-check your shipping address carefully during checkout
  • If a shipping carrier flags an error, we’ll reach out before shipping
  • Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer may be subject to a reshipping fee.

Return & Exchange Policy

✔️ Eligibility

Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition and packaging
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Refund processing time

  • The amount of time it takes for the customer to receive a refund: 5 business days. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

🔧 Exchanges: Resizing & Repairs

  • When bracelets are ordered too large, we offer a discounted Bracelet Size Down service via our Repair My Order page. Contact us first.
  • Alternative chain lengths for necklaces can be purchased separately, contact us first.

📬 Return Methods (U.S. Customers)

  • Prepaid ChitChats Return Label: Slower, cost-effective; cost is deducted from refund
  • Self-paid Return: Faster; ideal for exchanges
